Flatiron Yellow Apartment

DESCRIPTION

Flatiron apartments offers four luxury apartments, of which three of them (the green, yellow and blue apartment) are situated in the residential Adora Flatiron Complex and the last apartment (Flatiron Classic apartment) is situated in the building on Emile Zola Street No.4, about 30 metres away from the Adora Flatiron Complex. All apartments are completely furnished and equipped, with open space kitchen. They are in approximate size of 35 m2 and are suitable to accommodate 4 persons in total. Every apartment has:

• luxury bedroom and work desk
• Living room with sofa bed/couch
• air conditioner/inverter with individual control
• 32” flat screen TV with cable channels
• free WIFI internet
• luxury bathroom with shower cabin
• hair dryer

• Clean bedding and towels

Public parking around the building is possible. 24 hours secured underground parking in the building is possible upon your request with total cost of 5 EUR per day.

PRICE

Flatiron apartments constantly offers discounts and various benefits to their guests depending on the season you want to stay. Therefore you need to fill out the form or directly submit a request to our e-mail address and we will sent you the best offer on the basis of duration of your stay, number of persons and season. The prices you’ll receive are with calculated touristic taxes, taxes and other payments.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in: from 14:00 to 20:00 o’clock. After 23:59 is considered NO SHOW. 

Early check-in. Upon approval. From 8:00 to 14:00 o’clock is paid  50% of the daily accommodation price, before 8:00 – full price

(Detailed instruction about check in are submitted after approved reservation)

Check out: until 12:00 o’clock.

Late check out, upon approval.From 12:00 tо 20:00 o’clock is paid 50% of daily prize. After 20:00 o’clock is paid 100% of the daily prize.

CANCELATION POLICY

To guarantee your reservation,  advance payment is included from 30% to 50% depending of the duration of stay.

15 days before check in: full refund of the paid deposit (bank transfer payments are removed).

7 days before check in: 50% of the deposit, plus bank transfer payments are removed.

Less than 7 days before check in and NO SHOW: NO REFUND
